What do I gain by Emotional Well-being ?
Emotional (Psychological) Well-being is about taking care of your everyday mind-matters so you can have a better control of your life.
We may face some challenges in life – say a break-up or not getting desired job or a redundancy – which give rise to unwanted emotions.
Metaphorically, these challenges and associated emotions they produce are like bumps on the road. We all know how important it is to have a good control of car to ensure a safe ride on a bumpy road, right?
Similarly, Emotional Well-being is immensely helpful to navigate these challenges, for a safer, desired journey of life.
