Shaping Grounds

Children in their developing years go through a lot- emotionally. Today’s fast paced, digital world makes it even more challenging.
As these adolescent formative years shape who they are and who they will become, we focus on young adults in schools, Universities and those who have left schooling.

Hour (& half) of Power

In three group sessions of 60-90 minutes each, spread a month apart, we share practical tools with high school (year 7 to 12) and University students to enhance their mental health and build Emotional Resilience (ER).
Our program is based on evidence-based approach that has proven to improve ER, in different settings, worldwide.
